New logo unveiled for the Glasgow School of Art Choir

As part of our new website, the GSA Choir commissioned Kerry Aylin to design a new logo for the ensemble. This will act as the beginning of the GSA Choir brand which will, eventually, include merchandise which will be available in our online shop.

 

Date announced for The Glasgow School of Art Christmas Concert 2015

The Glasgow School of Art Christmas Concert 2015 will be held on Saturday 5th December 2015 at Adelaide’s Auditorium, Bath Street, Glasgow, at 7:30pm.

Tickets will be available to purchase online here from September 2015.

 

The GSA Choir featured in GlasgowNow

Today the Glasgow School of Art Choir was featured in the online publication GlasgowNow, promoting our upcoming Summer Concert. After the UK’s disappointing result at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest our Musical Director, Jamie Sansbury, was explaining that he thinks we could do better. Click here to read the full article.

Whydolise? by Raymond Meade released

On 15th May 2015 Glasgow-based singer/songwriter Raymond Meade’s new album, “Whydolise?” was released. The final track on the album is called “Shine a Light on Me” and features the GSA Choir performing the backing vocals alongside the Cairn String Quartet who performed the string accompaniment.
