Ahead of their 2017:18 Season, join the GSA Choir for an open rehearsal and the chance to sing two contemporary choral works: John Tavener’s “Hymn to the Mother of God” and Eric Whitacre’s “Lux Arumque”.
Work with the ensemble’s Musical Director, Jamie Sansbury, and experience the thrill of singing with one of Glasgow’s largest choirs.
We will be hosting an informal drinks reception at the end of the rehearsal, in order that new singers can meet current members of the ensemble and ask any questions you may have etc.
Open to singers of all abilities. There is no requirement to be able to read music. The open rehearsal will be held in the Reid Auditorium, Reid Building, Renfrew Street from 7 – 9pm.
